Schedule Listing Consultation

The first step is to schedule a time for us to meet where we will discuss your goals, property, and any questions you may have.

Fill Out the Intake Form

This form will save us both a lot of time with less back and forth through the home listing process. It will only take about 5-10 minutes and will ensure I don’t miss any details.

Listing Appointment

This meeting isn’t or me to brag about myself. It’s to discuss your home, it’s features, and your goals for selling.

Pre-List Checklist

After our listing appointment, I will provide you with my recommendations specific to your home to have it appeal to a large buyer pool. This checklist will also have suggested items to resolve to avoid them showing up on an inspection report later.

Photography + Measurements

Before we market the property, I will schedule a professional photographer. This will not only be of your home, but will include drone photos of neighborhood, amenities, and other specific highlights to get your home sold!
A professional measurer will also come out and provide a floorplan for marekting as well.
