Timeline From Beginning to Close

  • Sign Documents

    When you’re ready, you’ll sign the listing agreement and necessary discosures which will allow us to get to work for you.

  • Preparing to List

    Prep work such as painting, decluttering, de-personalizing, landscaping, etc. We will get to work on staging (if necessary), coordinating vendors and photography.

  • Listing goes Live

    Your listing will hit the market and the online marketing campaign will begin. Our goal is to drive as much traffic to your property as possible.

  • Launch Event (aka Open House :))

    During the event, your home will be previewed by potential buyers and your neighbors to help drive buzz.

  • Showings

    Showings will be scheduled through an app called “Showingtime.” You will be able to set the schedule of availability for buyer tours. This will continue until we have a quality offer.

  • Offer Review

    During the offer review, I will negotiate the best terms for your sale to get you closer to your goals.

  • Due Diligence Period

    The buyer performs their due diligence (DD). (inspections, appraisal, title search, etc.) The DD period can range from 7-45 days. Typically the buyer will close in 30 days.

  • Closing

    We will close on the property and you’ll receive your funds via wire transfer on closing day. The buyer(s) will take possession on closing day, unless otherwise negotiated.
