I have experienced first hand what it’s like to relocate with a family. The things that could come up, the unexpected we didn’t think or prepare for are top of mind when I think of relocating. “Hmmm, this helps if I’m relocating, but how does this help me sell my house?”

Great question, when selling your home, I won’t just be placing it on the multiple listing service (MLS) and other sites like Zillow or Trulia. I will be marketing your home to potential buyers all over the world. In other words, I am marketing your home to re-locators or investors. This is much easier to do, when I can relate with the experience.

Plus I am connected to a relocation team that makes it that much easier to connect with buyers from around the world.

I will guide you on choosing the best price for your home, based on your unique goals. To make the best price opinion, I will want to have a thorough understanding of your home and your neighborhood. I can even give you an analysis based on selling your home as-is, current state, or price it for what if.

Go Live! Your home is now active in the multiple listing service (MLS) where other agents are always looking. I will also be sure your home is active where buyers personally look. Like Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, and more.

Advertising and Marketing: I hire a professional photographer to take photographs that show your home in the best way possible. My photographer will also have a video tour and 3-D tour of your home. I will create a quality brochure for your home to share with others.

Most importantly, I’ve got your back. I’ll assist you with staging, or get you in touch with a professional home stage, provide you the feedback I receive from showings, and negotiate offers from the beginning to negotiating repairs.
